Exhibit at the AACA's Annual Convention

February 4 - 6, 2026 at the Lakefront Anchorage Hotel

Alaska Air Carriers Association's Annual Convention is the largest gathering of Alaska-based commercial aviation operators and companies in the state. Our convention fills with air carriers, maintenance companies, FAA and NTSB representatives, and government officials each year. This is your opportunity to connect directly with owners, executives, chief operators, and officials.

Exhibitors are positioned so that all event attendees will pass each table on their way in and out of the primary banquet hall. This is where the majority of presentations and events take place. Attendees will mingle among your tables during breaks and every lunch hour.

Exhibitors' Cocktail Hour

Attendees will be encouraged mingle with exhibitors in the pre-function space outside the banquet hall. Beer and wine will be served with hors d'oeuvres. This is an excellent opportunity to network with different air carriers and commercial aviation stakeholders.

Exhibitor spaces are limited, so register today to reserve your table.

Exhibiting includes one full registration for an exhibitor who may attend all sessions, lunches, and receptions. Three additional table attendants may manage the table and eat lunches at no additional charge, but they must purchase reception tickets.

Cost to Exhibit

Tables are $1,500 for AACA members and $2,000 for non-members. Become a member today to access member-exclusive rates.

1. Choose your table from the floor plan.

Unavailable tables are crossed out with an X. Tables are first come, first served. The floor plan is not-to-scale and is subject to change. We will inform you if we need to move your table.
